how to use it
-Apply the kitten glitter liner like you would a liquid liner. Line right to left if you are right handed and left to right if you are left handed.
-For more intensity in the glitter and a more pigmented look, layer the glitter liner. Focus on the center of the eyelids to make the eyes really pop.
-Blend the glitter liner into your eye shadow for glitter all over the eyes that is more subtle and pretty.
-Add kitten glitter liner over top any liner to make it sparkle and to add dimension.
